Dr. O’Neil Culver, a native of Abbeville, Alabama, is a dedicated physician and surgeon with a strong background in family medicine and gynecological surgery. He graduated with honors in Chemistry from Alabama A&M University and earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in 1979. He completed his surgical training in Youngstown, Ohio, before joining Dr. Phillip Woodbury’s family practice in Eufaula, Alabama, in 1985.
Dr. Culver has a special interest in laparoscopic hysterectomies, body contouring, and PRP treatments for sexual health and incontinence. Outside of medicine, he enjoys tennis, travel, gardening, sports, and church worship, always striving to please Jehovah.
