Jared Nelson, DNP, CRNP

Jared Nelson, DNP, CRNP was born and raised in the City of Champions, Gadsden, AL. Starting his collegiate journey at Jacksonville State University, he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. He then attended Samford University, where he earned his Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). Dr. Nelson is board certified as both Family Nurse Practitioner and Emergency Nurse Practitioner.

He specializes in preventative care, chronic disease management, emergency medicine, and expanding access to care through telemedicine. Passionate for providing compassionate, patient-centered care, Dr. Nelson is continually striving for professional growth, while helping improve access to healthcare services.

Outside of nursing, he enjoys fitness, home improvement projects, outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.
