Special Enrollment Period is Open.

The Marketplace is open for enrollment now through January 31, 2017.

Health coverage for applications submitted after December 19th will be effective February 1, 2017.

After January 31, 2017, you may qualify for a Special Enrollment based on the following conditions:

  • Loss of health insurance coverage
  • Permanent relocation
  • Birth/Adoption
  • Marriage/Divorce

At Quality of Life, our staff is trained to assist individuals in obtaining more information about securing insurance under the Affordable Care Act and in navigating the online Marketplace. Representatives are standing by to assist you.  The enrollment assistance staff is also available for presentations to community groups, clubs, churches, schools or other groups. Scruggs Medical Center, Dekalb Quality Health Care, Cullman Quality Health Care, Clay Quality Health Care, Chambers Quality Health Care, Wadley Cornerstone Clinic, and Susie E. Allen Medical Center.
