Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
Multiple openings; A Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) delivers primary and preventive care services according to established protocols and under the preceptorship of a designated physician. The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner provides primary care including counseling and referral as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Qualifications: Currently Licensed in the State of Alabama; five years experience as a NP in public health or community health setting preferred.

General Dentist
Dentists provide dental care through corrective care, the prevention of dental disease and the promotion of dental health. Ability to communicate and relate effectively with patients, administration, and medical personnel; must be able to function as a collaborative and egalitarian team member; must be able to work under stress while maintaining a level of quiescence that decreases anxiety in personnel and patients; must be able to work with children.

Optometrist
Optometrists conduct eye exams using optometric equipment and general diagnostic interpretation. Diagnose and treat ocular disease. Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids. Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options. Answer questions and provide advice to patients regarding vision and optical issues. Direct staff and assist in the development of the overall practice.
Qualification: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program; Active state optometry license; Valid CPR certificate; Two-plus years of optometrist experience preferred.

Pharmacist
The Pharmacist fills prescriptions and coordinates pharmacy activities for patients seeking medication through the center pharmacy, responsible for the maintenance of accurate prescription records, inventory control, and assistance in the daily conduct of pharmacy activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- License as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Alabama.
- One year’s experience as a pharmacist in either a hospital or a retail pharmacy.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with professionals and the public both verbally and in writing.
