Watts Medical Center, Sardis City Medical Center, W.T. Scruggs Medical Center, Dekalb Quality Health Care, Cullman Quality Health Care, Clay Quality Health Care, Chambers Quality Health Care, Wadley Cornerstone Clinic, and Susie E. Allen Medical Center.
